Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@smoothhaus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before returning.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
